How to pack
- Use a sturdy cardboard box with at least 5 cm of space around the machine, and fill that space with bubble wrap or foam.
- If you have the original box, put it inside another box: on its own it no longer protects.
- Take floppies out of the drives, and remove cartridges and tapes.
- Wrap the power supply and cables separately, so they don't knock against the machine.
- Don't ship CRT monitors: they are heavy and break in transit. If the problem is the monitor, talk to us first.
- Put a note inside the box with the RD- code, your name and your phone number.
